Enhancement Request – Duplicate Employee Prevention

It would be beneficial for the system to perform a duplicate National Insurance Number check when a new employee is created.

If the NINO entered already exists against an active or historical employee record within the company, the system should generate a warning message before allowing the new profile to be created.
