NI Validation warnings for Apprentices NI H and NI Category X

It would be good if the NI validation warnings in the pay run also included a prompt for you to check if you have someone ticked as an apprentice and not on NI category H or the other way round. Or if someone is on NI category X but no longer under 16 etc.

I understand Staffology cannot validate someone's circumstances like being an apprentice, but a prompt in warnings for us to check the correct NI category would be good. Currently we have had to create a bespoke RW pulling off apprentice details to manually check their NI categories which is creating an extra manual step and unable to fully automate a payroll.

We also had an EE who was 15 so on NI category X. They changed to 16 so needed changed however the warnings in the pay run did not tell us this. We therefore have added another step to check the NI Letter Validation report in 'reports' to make sure everything is valid.

Checking NI categories has therefore gone into 3 steps for us, checking warnings, checking the NI Letter Validation report and then checking our bespoke report for apprentices.

It would be good if the system could do all checks in 1 place and even suggest prompts to check for X and H if applicable like how payrites validation report does now.
