Change field name for emails

Would it be possible to rename the fields for emails in HR? To change Personal email to Work email and vice versa. We work exclusively with work emails due to GDPR and when employees do not provide their personal emails, this creates syncing issues between HR and payroll systems. If not, could the the mapping be altered to remove the inclusion of personal email in syncing systems?
