Chatbox blocks parts of screen. Needs to be moveable around screen

I have just been on a chat as I was having problems with emails & pension submissions. But the chat box obscures and blocks out the right hand side of the screen. I was being told to open different areas on the header but I couldn't because the chat box was covering this area cannot be moved around the screen. This is so frustrating and a major issue. This needs to be moveable around the screen or even an option to make it so that it can be reduced down in size.
