I have been asked to make this a new idea as it had previously been merged with the similar one for multi-slips for individuals due for release this month.
One of the most used reports in Earnie for our clients was 3 to a page payslips for that period. It allows easier and quicker review of payroll whilst saving paper. It would also be extremely useful if there could be a multi-payslip report that utilises the same format to display payslips for one or more employees between specified periods. This allows us to send multipe payslips to clients for an employee that has requested them (which is quite common). It also allows swift comparison of payroll periods between employees for audit purposes or for when an error / problem may have occured at some point in the past. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on this! I can see how having a quick preview and being able to flip between payslips from the employee payslips screen would make things much smoother.
Just wanted to flag that this seems like a separate idea from downloading multiple payslips by date range – it's more about improving the viewing experience on the employee payslips screen rather than bulk downloading.
Would you mind creating a new idea for this? That way it can get its own discussion and votes, and we can make sure both suggestions get the attention they deserve!
