Give us an adequate P11d report

We have to enter full details of benefits in kind for our IRIS personal tax for all benefits so these are shown on the schedules of data. Presently Staffology only has this information on a downloadable spreadsheet which is not in a form suitable for a report. Our previous software printed proper reports giving all the information we needed to enter for personal tax. I have attached an example of such a report. The best I can get is a print of the benefits screen (also attached) which does not print properly and obscures information. Please give us an equivalent report to IRIS bureau payroll for the P11d detailed information so we have all the information necessary for our IRIS personal tax software. Thanks
