Remove the Character limit on myepaywindow

the payslips show lots of details such as SMP dates, and salary percentage calculated and on what figure. when this is uploaded to myepaywindow it is cut off due to the character limit of 25.

the other template also has 25 character limit.

not great for viewing an epayslip!

limit should be removed, or the option allowed for you create and upload your own template
