Please can we have an actual number of holiday days as per Earnie Payroll

Earnie Payroll held the number of hours that each employee had remaining as an actual value. When they are allocated holiday the number went up, when they used holiday it went down.

Staffology does not work this way and this is causing us major issues.

We don't allocate holiday every year, we do it every three months on a rolling basis. Some employees have carried unused holiday over for several years, which we allow indefinitely.

Staffology also resets at the end of an annual period, which we don't want to do.
