Despite many hours with the AI helpdesk and an actual person being told that as long as my work pattern settings were correct the system would automatically calculate part time workers bank holiday entitlement, this hasn't yet been made 'live' I was told to post on here to make the developers aware that this part of the system isn't actually working yet.
