P45 are currently only accessible from the pay schedule the employee was processed as leaver. It should be made accessible from the employee record along with payslips, so that it can be downloaded or emailed from there.
This is already an option on the employee's 'Employment' tab. The P45 can be emailed or downloaded within the employee record once the final pay run has been produced.
