leave tab not fit for purpose needs updating

There is no option for unpaid leave in the employee diary. The closest is unauthorised absence but this implies that the employee has gone AWOL. There are many instances of unpaid leave including absence for funerals, dentist or medical appointments and childcare to name a few.
