We have assigned the relevant member of our bureau staff to each client. However, we do not want to change our existing method of validation / approval and have therefore left the "Approval" box unticked in the Bureau Settings of the client record. Without this ticked, the processor does not appear in the dashboard column, nor are they available in the drop-down to restrict the client list to that staff member. The latter was, for us, the whole point of allocating staff to clients.
Please remove this dependency and allow our staff to work efficiently with their portfolios, while having the flexibility to change the selected processor and access a colleague's clients when lending a hand (i.e. separate "squads" would not solve our problem).
