Dated salary increases

It would be useful to be able to enter the specific date a pay increase comes into effect. Our staff normally have an increase on the anniversary of their start date, and as the system doesn't allow for a date to be put in, we are having to wait until the following month to be able to record the increase on staffology, and manually add an additional line in the current run for the difference in pay
