It would be helpful if a standard note could be added to all employees payslips advising them along the lines of 'It is intended that the information given on this pay advice slip is accurate. However, the figures specified will be corrected if a mistake has occurred. Any overpayment made by mistake is recoverable from the employee. Any underpayment will be made good'
as we are all human and mistakes do happen. I have looked at the help guide and cannot see a way round it unless it is entered individually to each employee at each pay run which is time consuming.
