Apprenticeship Start & End Dates

We need to record the start & end date within the system for apprenticeships. These dates must be the dates they started the apprenticeship, and the date they officially finished the apprenticeship, not their date of employment as suggested by your "Call Centre Help Team".

A warning prior to the end of the apprenticeship to remind us to update the NI category would be very beneficial.
