Occupational Sick Pay

It would be helpful if OSP could record half-day sickness absences accurately, as the current system is treating them as full days. This is affecting the calculation of scheme entitlements when an employee is only off for part of a day.

It would be useful when Staffology calculates the OSP where a half day sick absence is logged that the OSP calculates at half pay rate instead of uprating to a Full Days OSP.
