New custom fields in basic details tab

I urgently need two new fields within basic details on the employee record I need EE ID and ER ID. These need to pull through within the Employee Breakdown summary but not the payslips. Thank you

    Checking Employee Information

    - Navigate to Reports > Employees and select Employee Export, then download the CSV file


    - This allows you to review all employee field data in a structured format


    Employee Pay Elements


    Employee fields include pay elements that transfer automatically when upgrading from other IRIS payroll products. You can view these by clicking on the Employees menu, selecting an employee, then navigating to Pay Options > Additions & Deductions to see the pay elements created for each employee.

    This doesn't help I need two fields in the 'Employment' or 'Basic details' tab not to import. I need it to pull from this onto the 'employee summary' report but not payslips
