Can you simplify the process of changing incorrect Names and NI Numbers on payslips please.
On Earnie it was a simple change on the employee records and re-sending payslips. However on staffology I have been advised to delete the pay-run for all employees and re-run to correct the employees payslip - see below response from service cloud. This is a lengthy process that can cause huge problems
First, change the employee's name in their current record
For previous pay slips:
Unfortunately, rollback doesn't always change previous pay slips.
You'll need to delete and re-run the pay periods for all employees where you want the name changed for one.
The new pay slips will then be generated with the updated name
Note: This process will work but keep in mind that you'll need to re-run each affected pay period individually to get the updated name on all previous pay slips.
