Hi, I was disappointed to discover that there is no NMW report from the payroll system. The in payroll warnings are OK, to prompt the action. However, to remain fully compkliant with HMRC, documentary evidence is required - we have a client, who has received notification they have been selected for a NMW audit and HMRC will expect to see the reports and confirmation of remedial actions.
Please can we have a better NMW reporting structure, so that we can tag what should and shouldn't be included in the NMW reports each month. Clients have to prove these checks are done. Cascade was enhanced for this last year and it works much bet...
Please can a NMW check report be added so once run, it shows all those employees that are below NMW for this payroll? Currently it only shows as warning. Thank you
