We recently migrated one of our clients to Staffology and enabled the ePayslip setting to display annual salary and hourly rate on the online payslips. However, upon publishing, the payslips displayed zero hours and zero rates. After raising this with Support, we were informed that this feature is currently not supported in Staffology, despite the option being present in the system.
This has resulted in multiple client escalations, as we had committed that this functionality would be available prior to go-live on the My ePayWindow portal. Unfortunately, the inability to deliver on this has caused reputational concerns and is quite embarrassing from a client service perspective.
We strongly urge the development team to prioritise this enhancement as a matter of urgency. It is a basic and essential feature expected by clients and its absence continues to impact user confidence in the platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
