It seems a step backwards to have to manually calculate back pay for pay increases and mid month salary changes. On another system I use you put in the pay increase and the date and the system calculates it for you. This gives a good audit trail of when salaries changed and saves time and human error
We also need this functionality where Staffology automatically calculates a change mid month - using both the old and new salary amounts. Can you give a new update on when this will be implemented, given it was supposed to be in place by Nov 2023? Thanks
