field lengths and employee record print in portrait

Please note that some of your field lengths on telephone numbers, date of birth, start date could be longer. When you display the employee record all the field data does not show clearly. Tends to miss the last couple of digits.

Would also be lovely if you could print of any employee record in portrait format as you did in Iris Earnie.
