Incorrect Time Stamps

I raised the issue a year ago that the timestamps are incorrect as they do not change with BST. Obviously this problem went away for half a year and now the clocks have changed we are back to square again with timestamps all being an hour out. If we have to go back and investigate or reconcile something, all records are an hour out - this should be basic functionality that we can rely on the time being correct.
