Previous year leavers should have a seperate category under employee list

For large employers with significant employee movement, our dashboard currently displays inaccurate employee numbers. This is because the figure includes current employees, current year leavers, and previous year leavers. Additionally, the list of leavers is lengthy as it also includes previous year leavers. It would be much more manageable to create a separate category for prior year leavers under employees. (Current, Leavers, Future Starters, Prior Year Leaveres)
