Education - Job Split Weighting %

If an employee has two job roles you need to manually enter the weighting on both job roles. Can we get it so that it calculates this automatically so if an employee has two job roles one for 10 hours and another for 2 hours it calculates that job 1 is 0.83% and job 2 is 0.17%. This would save time for the processor as well as the accuracy of the departmental reporting.
