Dear Team,
I wanted to clarify the availability of Year-to-Date (YTD) information in Staffology payslips. Currently, YTD figures for Gross pay, Employee pension, Employee NI, and Tax are accessible, but employer contributions such as NI and pensions are not.
This makes it challenging to calculate contributing employer information, particularly when using HMRC calculations, which request data from previous months. To address this, I recommend setting up YTD tracking for employer NI and pensions.
Fingers crossed ❤️
A slight correction to the statement above made by Gopikha Subramaniam:
The employers National Insurance contribution YTD is actually showing correctly on the staff pay-slips at the bottom, to the right of the payment date and net payment amount.
However, I do agree with the other critic stated by Gopikha above i.e. the Employer's Pension Contribution Year-to-Date value is missing and I am perplexed that this YTD value is not showing on the pay-slips like all the other YTD values. Why is that??
