Ability to delete import templates

Some import templates used for the migration to the new sofgtware are not needed, it would be good to delete them all so there's only a couple of templates so employers know which to use each month

Pay options tab to show the current post/role first

Add a payment option of Bank Transfer or Faster Payment in the drop down
