Invalid characters/hidden spaces flag Merged

Deel are asking if we can get something added to the system where any hidden spaces or invalid characters are flagged when present. 'It would be great if Staffology would not accept these characters altogether or if they could be flagged at least when we receive the error.' This causes FPS issues such as 1001 govtalk schema
