Payslips - download as sperate or in one pdf Merged

On pay run I think it would be good to:

1. have a separate button to distribute all payslips once payroll is finalized. We first would like to finalize payroll and check reports. And only once all is correct send the payslips out.

2. At the moment there is the little tick to distribute at the same time as you finalize, if you forget to untick, you may distribute before you are ready. Or distribute on multiple occasions to all when the pay run was re-open to make change on one employee only.

3. when you download payslips - it only lets you download and save as one PDF for all.

We would like to see the option to save all payslips onto separate PDF's at once.

Can we see box like:

-- save to a singe PDF file

-- Save each individual to a separate PDF file

-- Delete all existing PDFs in folder first

so we can select the required option?
