It would be advantageous to have a tick box option with the employer settings to turn on or off the ability to show a zero line on a payslip. For example: for an employer who uses the same pay codes a lot, it is easier to set these as regular pay codes within the employees records. Sometimes though, no entries would be made against those pay codes so rather than having a zero value pay code line showing on the payslip, the ability for the system to not show these would be great.
We upload many paycodes to the payrun. In order not to show all the blank rows on the payslip we import the columns 1 at a time to ensure there is a value for each code. We would like to import 1 file and Staffology ignore the cells that have no value for that employee.
