Change to EE Salary Sacrifice Pension - NI saving no longer applies - amend so it recalculates accordingly

For Salary Sacrifice pension schemes, the NI saving is added to the ER Pension. However, if any changes are made to the EE pension on the Payroll tab during processing, the NI saving is not then included in the ER pension, meaning this has to be manually changed too. Fix the software so that when an EE pension is amended, the NI saving is recalculated and added to the ER Pension accordingly.
