ER NI Relief on all pension items

Currently the ER NI Relief can only be added to a whole scheme and is restricted to the first group added to an employee record. I have a client that has a salary sacrifice scheme that apples the relief to AVC's only so require the ability to have a separate scheme setup in this fashion to be able to transfer them to the system.
