Incident alert or status alerts

We had an issue with Staffology not auto-sending payroll in July 2025 for come companies. On investigation, it came to light that it was Staffology itself that was at fault rather than payroll user error. We had no knowledge of this and it was not communicated until we made contact with support to try to understand how this could have happened.

When this happens, is it possible to send out a communication to customers or add an incident red flag in Staffology somewhere in the top menu so that your customers can be made aware?

We would then check each client that may be affected manually rather than rely on the system automation completely. It doesn't matter if it only transpires a couple of days after, just put out the communication so we can minimise the situation as soon as possible.

This would reduce our client dissatisfaction. There is also the issue that our staff may think they have made an error when in actual fact they haven't.
