Reorder/edit columns within Report TEmplates

Currently if we build a custom report we have to export to CSV before we can reorder the columns. It would be beneficial if we could edit/add columns once the report has been built. If we need to add a column currently we have to delete all the subsequent columns, add in the new one and the add the other columns back in
