Restrict Editability of Fields / Functions when the Company is linked to Staffology HR

When Staffology Payroll is linked to Staffology HR could there be a tick box under the employer setup which restricts editing certain fields or actions. Ie as HR is the Master for a lot of the information any changes made in certain payroll fields will be overwritten or cause sync issues. If certain fields like Salary or name or actions like add new employee weren't available / editable in payroll it would force people to update it in the correct system.
