I wanted to raise a suggestion regarding the Editor access level under the Payroll Client settings.
The current Editor role does not allow users to submit for processing or add processing notes. However, some clients, such as Rights of Women, require a clear separation of duties—they do not want the same individual who inputs or uploads payroll data to also be able to approve or submit it.
Would it be possible to consider enabling the "Submit for Processing" and "Processing Notes" functionalities under the Editor role, or alternatively, introducing a new access level that supports input-only permissions without approval rights?
This would help meet compliance requirements for clients that follow strict internal controls.

I agree, my client has someone input the payroll but someone else then approves it but you can't seem to seperate these out
