Fix IFC02011 Error with Nest Pension uplodads

When a new employee is added to the pension scheme there is now an issue where error IFC02011 appears saying "A member is uniquely identified by member's National Insurance number or Alternative Unique Identifier. The member's identifier is being used more than once in the same file. Please check the details you've entered so we can identify this particular member."

We are aware that this is not an issue with our data, and that it is a Staffology issue.

Please can you rectify this ASAP as it is becoming problematic that we are manually having to upload to NEST all the time.

      Yes, every time we enrol a worker on Nest we get this error - in IRIS payroll you sent a separate enrolling workers submission to Nest, waited till they were enrolled (at least 15 minutes) and then you could send the contributions file with no issues - Staffology seems to do this all at once and EVERY TIME we have to manually input the new workers pension contributions into Nest as Nest is not happy- NOT GOOD!!!
