When creating an AVC it would be helpful if there was the ability to create a new Work Group for the AVC without removing the employee from the original Work Group, so that there is the ability to choose a percentage of the whole salary for the AVC while still having the auto enrolment taking contributions from pensionable earnings in the original group.
