Timestamped audit of changes made

Received from one of my account managed clients; Intertek. If this can be implemented? "I also need to understand why we are continually being told the staffology system cannot provide a timestamped audit of changes made. This should, as a matter of course and practicality, include both changes and updates made by us but also any system updates and changes made by IRIS which may or may not affect our data."
