Greater customisation of payslips/more flexibility around logos

The current payslip setup only works if a client has a close-to square logo, some clients do have logos that are more rectangular and the logo is therefore either cropped or tiny when displayed on the payslip.

It would be great to have greater customisation of the payslip to allow for logos of different shapes or different positioning on the payslip where it can be better displayed.
