National Minimum Wage calculations

It would be good to have a tick box on pay codes to include them in the system NMW calculations

    Does the hours in period that Staffology uses for the calculation of NMW does take into acocunt the abcense in the period?

    We have an employee on sick leave and this recorded as sick leave in Staffology. Staffology calcuated 16 working days not working which is correct. We select "no Pay" for the leave as the employee would receive compnay sick pay at 50% for 15 days which is way above SSP rate, plus 1 day SSP. We add this as addition for the pay for the period. The employee was paid way above NMW if we divide the gross pay minus salary sacifice pension by the actual hours of owrking for the period. But the system warning us the employee is paid below NMW. It seems the cause for this might be the way Staffology calculating HRS in the period.

    We would not want the system generates report to show employee being paid below minimum wage where it is not the case. This would not be good for the compliance. is this something you could improved on?
