Manually set Tierable pension bands on pension schemes

We are seeing more and more education clients move away from Teachers Pensions and choosing their own pension providers. Often however, they still want to keep the pension bandings based on the annual salary, for example 0 - 25000 = 7.4%.

With this, it would be great to be able to set pension bandings manually based on the annual salary stated by a paycode set.
