Duplicate Bank Account details

Currently we are getting the warnings for duplicate NI numbers like wise a warning should be triggered for duplicate Bank Account Details for 2 different Employees. By enabling this feature we can eliminate the wrong payments to the Employee and we can keep the Client informed about the duplications.
