Error message when date of birth is entered as same year

Please could we have an error message appear if a client adds someone onto the payroll who is 16 years or less e.g. a client entered a 2024 year as a date of birth. It didn't error when the payroll was run, no warning apparently came up. The system back calculated pay and NI as start date and date of birth had been transposed on their import so NI was in half a million £s.
