Payrun by department

At present it seems one can only run payroll by employee number or by individual departments It would be better if one could sort employees into their departments and run the the payroll in that order

Pay Rate History

Show employees pay rate history including effective dates on the 'Regular Pay' tab on their profile, currently you have to run an audit report to see what the employees pay rate history has been.

Full Summary of Pay Expansion

Cost of Employment report reflects ALL ER costs

At present the cost of employment report doesnt do what it says on the tin. It doesnt show the total cost of employing someone. Please amend the report to include app levy which is an employer cost that needs to be accounted for.

We have faced an issue where if an employee's address reduces from 4 line entries to 3 line entries we are unable to blank out the extra line entry via import we need to manually go into each employee record and remove the extra line entry manually, this is very time consuming when there are over 200 employee address changes each month.
