A function to allow clients to add payslip messages to employees payslips themselves.

We need the ability to add memos like we could in the old system, as things are getting missed as they are forgotten about from the last period.

I would like the system to alert me when an employee reaches a specific age that requires a different approach, i.e., reaches pensionable age, retirement age or new minimum wage age.

The BIK should automatically end same as the employees leaving date similar to pensions, however at the moment we are having to manually end date the BIK entry for all leavers.
