Adoption Pay & Shared Parental Leave schedules

We need the ability to apply both Adoption and shared parental leave to staff members and publish schedules / Auto apply payments. It seems strange that Maternity would be an option without the others.

Calculating Redundancy

To calculate Statutory redundancy based on age and length of service - overriding salary where it is more than the weekly statutory and allowing you to add in notice period worked/not worked and unused holiday would be great!

Payment Failure Notification

Have a notification on the employer dashboard that a payments file has failed when sent through a connected payments service such as Bottomline/Modulr/Telleroo. Currently if a file fails it is not obvious, and risks that employees will not be paid.

Natwest payment - ability to name the bank Template

Can we have the Expatriate (Jersey s690 rule) functionality uplifted from Professional to Staffology.

We have an employee who is on the UK payroll but spends the majority of their time living and working in Jersey. We therefore adopt the tax rules of s690, where their taxable pay is 5% of their actual taxable pay.
